Happy Birthday Wendy! Looking back, I realized how many birthdays we've celebrated together (yikes!!). I can honestly tell you that of all the people I've been close to in my life, you hold an especially sacred place in my heart. I believe that all of us were so lucky & blessed with a very special closeness. I always knew how lucky we were that you & Diane - best friends - living across the street from each other, and how our kids literally and figuratively grew up together. I knew it was unique and special then, and looking back in retrospect, somehow it means even more today.
So many great memories...some more fun than others, but all equally special. Needless to say, one stands out to me...our wedding trip to Maui in 1986! Your talent as a wedding planner, your presence as Maid of Honor (and of course Stu as Best Man), the bachelor party, our trip in the jeep to the Japanese Garden, etc., etc....I could go on & on.
I hope this birthday is your best one yet, my wish for you is good health & utter happiness always.
